HP's new Bi-Directional cooling technology makes possible the simultaneous cooling of two racks with a single MCS G2 unit. The MCS G2 racks can cool up to 17.5 kW per rack when cooling two racks or up to 35 kW when cooling a single rack. HP MCS G2 is designed to complement the existing conventional datacenter cooling by adding computing power without adding to the current heat load in the datacenter. In addition, by packing three times the KW capacity of a standard rack, the MCS G2 considerably extends the life of your datacenter.
